About Direct Insurance Network

Direct Insurance Network, LLC is an independent insurance agency founded in 2015. Our office is at 5550 Glades Road, Suite 500, Boca Raton, FL 33431. We help people and businesses in Florida, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina and New Jersey.

We offer the same broad lines of personal, business, life and health insurance in those five licensed states. Specific products, insurers and eligibility vary by state and applicant. Florida carrier appointments are not necessarily available in other states.

For business insurance, we especially welcome questions from doctors and medical offices, dentists and dental offices, and lawyers and law firms. We also work with many other types of businesses. A licensed agent can review the details and discuss available options; a request does not bind or change coverage.

Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. Our Sonant AI phone assistant answers calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It can take a message outside office hours, but a licensed agent follows up during office hours.
