Michael began his career working at the front desk of his father's busy dental practice in high school where he gained extensive knowledge in both dental billing and coding. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lynn University, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology. Michael began working at Sheridan Healthcare after graduating college.
He worked in multiple departments of the company including Reimbursement, Human Resources, Credentialing, Operations and Accounting. He later went on to receive a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Michael founded All-In-One Dental Plan in 2013 and remains the President of the company. All-In-One Dental Plan is a licensed Discount Medical Plan Organization (DMPO) based in Florida.
Michael went on to found Direct Insurance Network in 2015. He holds a Florida 02-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License. He also holds a Florida 02-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuities license. He is also licensed in California, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas and Virginia.
Additionally, he is certified to sell Medicare, Marketplace and Long-Term Care Insurance plans.
